Recurring
Recurring house cleaning, by the same two people every visit
Weekly, biweekly or monthly, on a checklist the team walks room by room, starting with a deep clean so the routine visits have a clean baseline.
Chapter 01
What slips between visits
Nobody skips cleaning on purpose. What happens is that a film builds on the stainless steel, dust settles on the fan blades and vents, and the baseboards collect the rest. A household stops seeing those things long before it stops caring about them.
A recurring visit goes after exactly those places on a schedule, so nothing gets a chance to pile up. In the kitchen the team dusts, cleans and disinfects the countertops, does the appliances inside and out including the microwave and stovetop, wipes cabinets and hardware, and polishes the stainless steel. Handles and light switches get wiped, sinks and faucet get sanitized, and the floors are vacuumed and washed.
In the living areas it is cobwebs, baseboards, furniture, picture frames, décor, light fixtures, ceiling fans and vents, with window sills wiped, carpets and rugs vacuumed, hard floors mopped and beds made. Electronics and TV screens get a duster only. In each bathroom the team sanitizes the sinks, tubs, showers and shower doors, cleans toilets inside and out, does the mirrors, polishes fixtures, washes the floor and wipes the outside of cabinets and drawers.

Two people, one checklist, the same home every time
A team of two comes to your home, and where possible it is the same team every visit. That is why the Google reviews on this site name their cleaners: Amanda, Ana Rosa, Gabby, Sulema and Vanessa. A client who has had Amanda for about a year does not have to explain the house again.
What you tell the office stays on file: your preferences, the priority rooms, details about the pets and how the team gets in. Keys are marked with an ID code, never your name or address, and locked in a safe that only top management can open. An owner or manager spot-checks the work, and a survey and checklist are left after each clean.
Some things stay off the list, and it is better to know up front: exterior windows and anything outside the home, heavy scrubbing of walls and doors, lifting or moving anything over 25 pounds, cat litter boxes, animal waste and bio-hazards. Pets themselves are fine.
Chapter 03
The first visit is a deep clean, then you set the rhythm
Every recurring plan begins with an initial deep clean, typically two to four times as long as a routine visit. It brings the whole house up to the standard the later, shorter visits then keep. Your regular visits do not have to carry the catch-up.
After that you choose how often. Weekly suits families with kids and pets, busy professionals and high-traffic homes. Biweekly is the most popular choice. Monthly works for smaller homes, couples and anyone who already tidies regularly.
Inside the refrigerator or oven, inside windows or cabinets, laundry and folding, and dishes can be added to a visit. There is no contract and you can cancel any time. To skip or reschedule, email the office at least 48 hours ahead.

Pick the rhythm that fits the house
- Weekly
Families with kids and pets, busy professionals, and any home that gets a lot of foot traffic.
The checklist stays short because very little has time to build up.
- BiweeklyMost popular
The most popular rhythm. Two weeks is long enough to notice the difference and short enough that no room gets away from you.
Reviewers who have used it for a year write about the same names every time.
- Monthly
Smaller homes, couples, and anyone who tidies regularly and wants the deep work done for them.
The start-up deep clean matters most here, so the monthly visit has a clean baseline to keep.
Not sure which fits? The office will talk it through. If the house needs more than a routine visit first, a deep clean is where most plans start, and a household heading out the door can book move-in or move-out cleaning. Questions about keys, pets and payment are answered on the FAQ page.
