After you send the form
The office calls, then matches a team.
Someone from the office calls you back to ask about the home: how big it is, how many people and pets live there, and which rooms matter most to you. Those answers shape the estimate, and they go on file so the team never has to ask twice.
Once you have an estimate you like, the office matches you with a team. Where possible it is the same two cleaners, sometimes three with a team lead, every visit, and an owner or manager spot-checks the work. Your key is coded, never labeled with your name or address, and locked in a safe.
You are not signing a contract, so you can cancel any time. If a spot was missed, call within 24 hours and the team comes back to re-clean it. Not sure which service fits? Compare the six kinds of clean or read the answers to common questions.
