Questions from Odana Road to Sun Prairie
The fine print, in plain words.
Ava Palek's family company has cleaned Madison homes and offices for 14+ years. These are the questions the office hears most: who comes, what happens to your key, what is covered if something goes wrong. If yours is not here, call (608) 886-4535 on a weekday between 8 and 4.
No. Touch of Europe is a family owned and operated Madison company, and it never subcontracts. Every cleaner is our own local employee.
No. There is no contract and you can cancel any time. To skip or reschedule a cleaning, email the office at least 48 hours ahead.
Yes. The team brings all products and equipment, including eco-friendly options.
A team of two, sometimes three with a team lead. Where possible it is the same team every visit, and an owner or manager spot-checks the work.
Keys are marked with an ID code, never your name or address, and kept locked in a safe that only top management can open.
Yes. Touch of Europe is bonded and insured, workers' compensation covers every employee, and we are happy to provide proof.
Call within 24 hours and the team comes back to re-clean it, no questions asked. That is the 100% satisfaction promise.
Yes, pets are fine. The team does not feed pets or clean up after them, and cat litter boxes are not part of the service.
Personal check, cash sealed in an envelope, or any major credit card. Balances are cleared before the next cleaning, and there is a $35 fee for a returned check.
