The part a rushed crew skips is the high-touch surfaces, the handles and switches and shared counters that every person in the building uses. On this list they are cleaned and disinfected every visit, not saved for an occasional deep clean.

Before hours, after hours, overnight
Service runs daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, and the cleaners come when your building is empty: before opening, after close, on weekends, or overnight for a facility that never shuts. You pick the rhythm, and it can change as the office does.
Disinfecting uses EPA-approved products, hospital-grade where the room requires it, with green alternatives if you would rather use them. Color-coded cloth systems keep restroom tools away from the breakroom, electrostatic disinfection is available, and the team is trained with OSHA safety in mind.

Trial clean first, no long-term contract
You start with a trial clean and judge the work yourself. There is no long-term contract to sign, so the only reason to keep the team is that the building looks the way you asked.
